Urban Farming Food Chain: The project is a collaboration with Urban Farming, EOA and Green Living Technologies. It consists of a path of living walls and support facilities that will grow and make accessible food to the people living on the streets of Skid Row. EOA’s ANTHROPOLOGIE stores for Boca Raton, Florida and Albuquerque, New Mexico are now open. The store in Burlingame, California opened in March 2007. Construction has begun on the store in Glendale, California. EOA is currently designing Anthropologie stores in Reston, Virginia and Mississippi.

A West Village townhouse designed for the creators of the cartoon character “Arthur” is currently under construction.

LE VA: An apartment residence for artist Barry Le Va to include living and drawing space.

Design Development has begun on a 2500 sq. ft. loft in the heart of Manhattan's SOHO for a private client.

CENTER FOR LIVING: EOA is working with a private foundation to design a substance abuse facility for adolescents. A triplex with street frontage will be transformed into a supportive and dynamic facility for both adolescents and their families by using the idea of luminosity as the guiding design force. It is scheduled to open in July 2007.

An ongoing renovation of the COLLIERS BUILDING in the Meatpacking District. One of the most elegant buildings in the neighborhood is being renovated to accommodate new retail spaces, accessible from the street. The renovation is an ongoing project.
