EOA renovated the facade of this Brooklyn Co-Op, sheathing the building in cement board and renovating all terraces and balconies. The balcony railings were designed using different scales of perforated metal screens, overlapping to create an activated facade while the entire facade was sheathed in cool grey cement board panels, a rain screen system to help mitigate water leakage.
